Produced a series of short videos to help a global tech company communicate its value to sales teams and partners.

Cutting through the noise with short-form sales content

The challenge

A global tech company was struggling to land its message with sales teams and partners across multiple markets. Long emails weren't being read. Dense decks weren't being used. The content existed - it just wasn't communicating. We had a tight window to turn it into something people would actually watch.

The solution

A series of short-form videos designed to travel - across regions, languages, and attention spans. The format had to be punchy enough for a sales rep between calls and clear enough to work without a presenter in the room.

My role

I worked as part of a small team on the design and narrative side:

  • Storyboarding - translated the core messaging into a visual sequence, deciding what to show, in what order, and for how long
  • Visual language - established the look and feel that carried across the series, keeping it coherent without being repetitive
  • Content structure - shaped how the story was told, not just how it looked

The team took it to production from there, including an on-site shoot.

The impact

The videos gave the sales team something they could actually use - a concise, visually consistent way to communicate the company's value without relying on a live presenter. Content that was previously buried in decks became something people would willingly sit through.

Good visual communication isn't about production value. It's about knowing what to leave out.
